Bangladesh beat host Zimbabwe by 105 runs in the third ODI of the series and avoid whitewash at Harare Sports Club. Zimbabwe won the three match series 2-1. After winning the toss, Zimbabwe asked Bangladesh to bat first and Bangladesh scored 256/9 in 50 overs thanks to fifty from Afif Hossain and Anamul Haque Bijoy, Zimbabwe all out for 151 runs in 32.2 overs.

Chasing the target, Zimbabwe lost opener Takudzwanashe Kaitano (0) in the fifth ball of the innings of pacer Hasan Mahmud. Mehidy Hasan Miraz sent Tadiwanashe Marumani back for 1 in the very next over to dent Zimbabwe's chase. Debutant Ebadot Hossain dents Zimbabwe further picking up wickets of Wessly Madhevere (1) and Sikandar Raza (0) in the third and fourth ball of the sixth over. Zimbabwe was reduced to 5-31 when Innocent Kaia got LBW by Taijul Islam for 10. 

Zimbabwe lost their 6th wicket on 49 in 13.2 over when Tony Munyonga was sent off by Taijul Islam for 13.

They lost wickets at regular intervals, Clive Madande scored 24, Luke Jongwe 15. Number 10th batter Richard Ngarava 34 off 27, was the top scorer for Zimbabwe while number 11th batter Victor Nyauchi (26 off 32) was the second highest scorer.

For Bangladesh, Mustafizur Rahman took 4/17, Ebadot 2/31, Tijul Islam 2/34 while Miraz and Hasan Mahmud bagged one wicket apiece.

After winning the toss Zimbabwe asked Bangladesh to bat first at Harare Sports Club. Afif Hossain's 85 off 81 not out and Anamul Haque Bijoy's 76 off 71 guided Bangladesh to 256/9 in the 3rd ODI of the series.

Tamim Iqbal and Anamul Haque Bijoy were cautious from the beginning they put 41 runs for the opening stand before Tamim got unfortunately run out for 30-ball 19. From here, Bangladesh reduced to 3-47 when Evans sent Najmul Hossain Shanto (0) and Mushfiqur Rahim (0) in the same over. 

From here, Bijoy and Mahmudullah tried to turn around and shared 77 off 90 between them before Bijoy got out for 76 off 71, he smacked 6 fours and 2 sixes. 

Mahmudullah and Afif Hossain made 57-ball 49 for the fifth wickets stand before the former got four for 69-ball 39. Afif and Miraz put 33 off 47 balls for the sixth wickets stand before Miraz got out for 14 off 24.

Afif fought alone till the end but none can provide him worthy company and Bangladesh finished their innings on 256/9. Afif scored 85 off 81, his innings adorned with six fours and two sixes. 

For Zimbabwe, Luke Jongwe took 2/38, Brad Evans 2/53, Richard Ngarava 1/51, and Sikandar Raza 1/42.
