Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered that men between the ages of 18 and 60 would not be allowed to cross the border.
Citizens have been instructed to abide by that instruction from now on. However, it is still unknown at this time if they are going to be deployed in the Ukrainian army.
Ukraine's health minister has claimed that at least 57 people have been killed and 169 injured in Ukraine since Russia invaded. However, the veracity of his claim could not be verified.
Russia says at the end of the first day's operation that they have succeeded on the first day of the invasion on Ukraine. Russia's Defense Ministry said yesterday that it had reached all targets on the first day of a military operation in Ukraine.
However, the Ukrainian military claims to have destroyed four Russian tanks near Kharkiv. Fifty Russian soldiers have been killed in the Luhansk region. Ukraine has shot down six Russian warplanes. Russia has denied the allegations.
A Russian plane was shot down in Kiev, the BBC reported on Friday, citing a Ukrainian Interior Ministry official.
Interior Ministry official Anton Herashchenko said the jet crashed near a house on Kochisia Street around 6 a.m. Friday.
The demands came after reports of explosions in several places in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. However, the BBC could not verify the truth about the plane crash.
