The day has been celebrated by children all over the world. The day is especially dedicated to expressing the child’s respect, reverence, and love for their father. On occasion, children buy and give various gifts to their beloved parents. Those whose father is not alive may look at the sky and grab the memory of their father invisibly.

History has shown that Father’s Day was celebrated in the early part of the 20th century. In fact, this day is celebrated to show that fathers are also responsible for their children like mothers. It begins with the desire to show respect and love to all the fathers of the world.

It is believed that Father’s Day was first celebrated on June 19, 1910.

In 1913, a bill was introduced in the US Congress to make Father’s Day a public holiday. In 1924, then-American President Calvin Coolidge gave his full support to the bill.
