Tk 21 lakh seized from Casino Selim’s residence

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) recovered Tk 21 lakh from the residence of Selim, the mastermind of the online casino business.
Following the information of Selim’s assist Aktaruzzaman, RAB-1 members conducted raid in Selim’s residence in Banani, Road No. 2, house No. 26 in the capital, on Tuesday noon. And seized these sum.
Earlier, Aktaruzzaman was held from Selim’s Gulshan residence Monday night.
RAB Media Wing Director Sarwar Bin Quashem conformed this matter.
Huge quantity of liquor including local and foreign currencies have been recovered from Selim’s house on Monday night.
Earlier, on Monday noon, RAB detained mastermind Selim Pradhan from a Thai-Airways flight before the departure. Later, the drive was conducted in his residence according to his information.
RAB said, Selim is the mastermind of an online Casino business named P-24. He smuggles the money earned through the online casino business.
