Aruk Munshi: living reflect of Bangabandhu

Aruk Munshi, a heartfelt devotee of Father of the Nation in Tungipara, looks like the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu exactly. And when he went out wearing clothes like Bangabandhu, the ordinary people rush and make crowd to see him.

Upazila's Kashiani UP Chairman Mashiur Rahman Khan said “When people see the picture of Bangabandhu, thrills awake. Aruk Munshi is looked like the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The look of Bangabandhu's youth was almost the same. Although there is no comparison with Bangabandhu. Even then, to the new generation who did not see Bangabandhu, Aruk Munshi is Bangabandhu’s living image. The similarity with his face to Bangabandhu will really thrill anyone.”

Freedom fighter Khondokar Babar Ali of Kashiani Upazila said, “I suddenly got shocked when see him. To me, it seems to be a reflection of Bangabandhu. His movements, clothes are very similar to that of Bangabandhu.”
It is learned that Araku Munshi was born on July 6, 1969, in a Muslim family of Kamarole village under Orakandi union of Gopalganj’s Kashiani upazila. Now he lives with his three children and wife at the Hatirpool Power House area in Dhaka. Since 1993, he has been working as a driver in the Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC). He was not promoted to regular job as he is only 8th grade passed.
However, because of his match with the face of Bangabandhu, he found people's love everywhere.
In the meantime, to the extent that, to see Arak Munshi, precisely like Bangabandhu. Although he is reluctant to compare himself with Bangabandhu, most people commented him as like Bangabandhu. Aruk Munshi thinks, no Bangabandhu will born in the golden Bengal any more. So he thinks he is only a soldier of the ideology of Bangabandhu. He wants to hold the ideology of Bangabandhu in the chest. And wants to work from his position to implement the dream of Bangabandhu.
He has a deep relation with the people of Madhumati river bank villages. So, most often, he rcame to see the people of the area.
However, the over flow of irregularities, corruption, exploitation and oppression in Bangabandhu’s Sonar Bangla heart Aruk Munshi. He said, “Bangabandhu never liked these things. Bangabandhu did not want to discrimination, religion based politics, and nepotism. Bangabandhu dreamed of building Sonar Bangla.”
However, Araku Munshi believes and dreams that Bangabandhu's Sonar Bangla will be established in dream by the hands of his daughter Sheikh Hasina.
